Day By Day Details
Day 1: Denver to Beaver Creek - Welcome to Beaver Creek!
Upon arrival at the Denver Airport, you will be met by your AAW driver/guide and private SUV and transported to your luxury private home in Beaver Creek, CO (2 hours). Known as one of the most luxurious ski resorts in the country, Beaver Creek has over 1,800 acres of terrain, including several bowls and an incredible amount of groomed trails. The area also receives 300 days of sunshine each year! You will have the rest of the day free to relax in your luxurious accommodations and adjust to the altitude. Later this afternoon, your guide will help you get settled in by picking up any groceries or items you need, then your guide will provide private transportation into town for shopping, dining or just exploring. Also this evening, a personal ski concierge will come to your private home and fit your group for your premium ski or snowboard rentals. This private fitting will ensure that everyone gets the proper equipment without having to stand in line and without being rushed through the fitting, as you would at a busy rental shop.
Days 2-6: Beaver Creek - Discover Beaver Creek and Surrounding Areas
It’s time to hit the slopes! You will have five full days to experience the quaint alpine village and the stunning peaks of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Each morning, your guide will assist in setting up your daily activities and things to do and drive you to the ski area (or other activity you’ve chosen). You will also have the option to ski at Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, or A-Basin. After a full day of winter activities, you can spend your evenings experiencing the area’s nightlife or simply relaxing in your private hot tub. Your AAW guide/driver will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay to transport you anywhere you need to go and arrange any activities. They can bring you to and from the lifts, show you the best terrain on the mountain, recommend restaurants and make reservations, pick up groceries – anything you can think of! If you tire of skiing, you can participate in another winter activity, such as snowmobiling, dinner sleigh rides, tubing, snowshoeing, ice-skating, dog sledding, or simply shopping in Beaver Creek’s boutiques. Just express your interests to your guide, and they will be able to make any arrangements for you. Every day of your trip will be tailored to your group’s needs and interests, ensuring that everyone has the vacation of a lifetime! (No Meals)
Day 7: Beaver Creek to Denver - Return Flight Home
This morning, you will be transferred in your private SUVs to the airport for your return flight home. (No Meals)

Important Policies
- Your deposit of 25% of the total cost of your vacation is due immedetely upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
- The price shown is per person NET, and does not include international air fare to/from the trip start point.
- Prices are based on current rates of exchange, government fees, tarrifs and taxes. Any increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes. We will endeavour to confirm final hotel bookings as soon as possible.
- Cancellation - Cancellations 60 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. 60-30 days will be subject to loss of 50% of trip cost. 30-15 days will be subject to loss of 75% of trip cost. 15 days or less will be subject to 100% of program price.
- Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out by Adventures Around the World.
