Biking Adventures

Biking is broken down into three basic categories—mountain biking, road biking and downhill. Each provides its own challenge. Depending on your destination and previous experience we can help you find the right kind of ride for you. We offer day trips and multi-day trips with support vehicles and experienced guides.

Mountain biking refers to dirt and off-road riding and requires balance and endurance. Bikes are outfitted with knobby tires and an upright posture to make riding over rocks and down narrow trails easier. Prepare to get a little dirty in remarkable terrain.

Road biking is the fast and sleek way to travel on paved roads. For covering large distances, this is the way to go. These bikes are equipped with skinny tires that glide across the pavement, allowing you to cover up to 100 miles a day. These bikes are great for touring around Europe and the USA, where the roads are predictable and cruising through towns is pleasant and enjoyable.

Downhill biking is the full adrenaline rush option for adventure travelers. These bikes are heavier and made with large suspension systems that allow you to ride a downhill trail faster without having to avoid smaller rocks and drops. Many trails are available, and all start high and end low to minimize riding these monstrous bikes uphill.
