Cancellation and Cancelled Trip Policy 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

To confirm reservations a deposit of 25% of the trip cost is due.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure.  

If trip is cancelled after the deposit is received, a 5% non-refundable administrative and booking fee is held.*

*Please note, there are certain circumstances where there will be other non-refundable booking costs and you and your clients will be made aware of these prior to booking. 

CANCELLATIONS

Full payment of balance is due 60 days prior to trip departure. Cancellation fees apply once balance has been paid.

CANCELED TRIPS

On rare occasions, trips can be canceled or changed. Adventures Around the World reserves the right to cancel any trip due to circumstances beyond our control. AAW will inform you 30 days prior to departure in such a case. In some circumstances this may not be possible and in these situations we will let you know as soon as the decision is made. A full refund of the land cost is given, but AAW is not responsible for additional expenses such as non-refundable air tickets, clothing, equipment or medical expenses. AAW reserves the right to withdraw, alter or otherwise modify tours, itineraries, specific programs or activities at anytime and without notice.
