India Weather and Temperatures 

India is an enormous country in Central Asia varying from tropical heat to mountain cool. Generally, there are three seasons in India—the hot, the wet and the cool. The best time to visit India is during the cooler period from November to February. The hot season begins in April and runs until July. The wet season begins in June and is rainy through September/October. There are many regional variations, so be aware of where you are traveling when arranging your trip.
