Thank you thank you thank you! Did I say thank you? :) The ENTIRE Cochrane family (Tom, Cindy, Nick, Alex, Britt and Chris) had the most amazing time on their Australian trip that you set up for them!! They called me when they returned ~ jet lagged and not sure what day it was to make sure that I knew how incredible you guys were during their trip. They said they felt that you were actually there because they found out you were calling ahead each day to make sure their transfers were in order and all was good! What a nice touch. You are here in the states and they are in Australia and you're making sure all is handled, I am truly impressed. I want to thank for the picture you sent me (and them) of them on the beach with your logo and Edwards LaLone's logo ~ a really nice touch. It is prominently displayed at my desk for all to see!
I have been in the travel industry for 10 years (give or take) and I have to tell you ... you guys are absolutely the best. From the proposals you send for my clients with your logo and mine on it (such a nice touch) to the attention to detail when our clients are actually on their vacation. You are quick to get back to me if I have a question and in this business ~ that will make or break a deal many times. How fast you can get your clients what they want ... HUGE!
I just really appreciate both of you ~ and any of my clients that mention a trip, I automatically think of Adventures Around the World first. Which I am sure, is what you are trying to do! You have succeeded with me.
